Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen has sent a letter of condolence and sympathy to the Vatican to commemorate the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis.
On this occasion she states:
“Pope Francis was a devoted advocate for peace and justice. He will be remembered for his persistent work to help the poorest people in the world. On behalf of Denmark, I extend my deepest condolences and sympathy to Catholics around the world.”
